LED Grow Light | |
I waited to see results before commenting. The grow lamps worked great as a addition to the T8 florescent lamps I normally use. I was impressed with the results and will order a few more for next year. The plants looked much greener and healthier. Measured power consumption was approximately 6 watts per module and with a 35 sq inch heat sink per module they were warm to the touch and very bright. Maybe the 50 watt rating is an equivalent to incandescent lamps. I am very happy with these modules and persons that saw the plants were impressed also. I grew Tomatoes, Peppers Hot and Mild and Basil

Not a 50W light | |
The actual power consumption of the unit that was sold to me is about 6 W. The light intensity is very bleak. It could be a technical mistake and the unit is for 220-240V AC, but no, increasing AC voltage to 150V doesnt change much the consumed power nor light output. Very disappointed, after being a happy customer for 15+ years.
